The pandemic and the economic crisis have plunged us into a frightening situation as capitalism seems to be running amuck, with us as the targets. What possibilities does the current crisis reveals for us, as Marxist-Humanists, but also as human beings? In particular, we’ll be looking at “seeds of liberation” globally but will concentrate more on analyzing the local “seeds of liberation” with the radical housing movement and its limitations and intersections with other struggles such as those over gender, race and class.
