First phase (10-11:00) march around a bit and then rally at Federal Building, Westwood (Wilshire and Veteran), where sidewalk space is fairly wide, plus rally with short speeches if we have enough people

Second phase 11:00-12: march 20 minutes over to Israeli Consulate, picket a bit, and leave by 12 (here sidewalks are narrower and harder to rally)
